By accessing or using BudzRUs.ca, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you don’t agree, that’s totally fine—
just close the tab and go enjoy a nice, financially responsible day somewhere else.
2. Who This Site Is For
You confirm that you are:
- At least the legal age in your jurisdiction
- Capable of making your own decisions
- Not being peer-pressured into clicking GIVE
If you are being peer-pressured…

3. Use of This Website
You agree to use this site:
- Lawfully
- Respectfully
- Without attempting anything sketchy, hacky, or “I saw this on YouTube” inspired
You also agree not to:
- Attempt to break the site
- Reverse engineer anything
- Pretend to be someone else (unless it’s funny and harmless, but still… don’t)
4. The Great Giveaway (Important… Very Important)
Let’s be extremely clear here:
The Great Giveaway is not a giveaway.
When you click GIVE, you acknowledge that:
- You are voluntarily sending money
- You are receiving nothing in return
- There is no prize, product, service, or hidden reward
- This is not a contest, lottery, or sweepstake
It is, quite literally:
You giving money. Us receiving money. End of story.
5. The No Takesies-Backsies Clause
All transactions are:
- Final
- Non-refundable
- Non-reversible
Once your money leaves your account:
It begins a new life—one that does not involve coming back.
No exceptions, unless required by law (and even then… we’ll sigh heavily).
6. Payments
Payments may be processed through:
- Stripe
- PayPal
By completing a transaction, you agree:
- You are authorized to use the payment method
- You understand what you’re doing
- You will not open disputes claiming “item not received”
(because… correct)
7. “Digital Product” Clarification
If a payment processor labels your transaction as a:
- Product
- Digital good
- Service
Please understand:
The “product” is the experience of giving.
It has:
- No physical form
- No downloadable file
- No practical use
It is delivered instantly upon payment… emotionally.
8. Not a Charity (Read This Twice)
BudzRUs.ca is:
- NOT a registered charity
- NOT a non-profit
This means:
- No tax receipts
- No deductions
- No explaining this to your accountant without awkward silence
All funds are considered personal/business income.
9. Use of Funds
Funds received may be used for:
- Business expenses
- Website costs
- Snacks
- Questionable but enjoyable purchases
You agree:
You have no say in how funds are used.
Not even a little bit.
10. User Content
If you submit messages, feedback, or comments:
- You grant us permission to read them
- Possibly laugh at them
- Possibly share them (anonymously)
We won’t expose personal info—but funny is fair game.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Financial regret
- Confusion
- Existential reflection after clicking GIVE
- Conversations with your spouse about “where the money went”
Use of this site is at your own risk.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Block users
- Remove access
- Politely (or not-so-politely) say “no thanks”
Especially if someone tries to ruin the vibe.

If we do:

- The tone will remain suspiciously cheerful

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
