We can no longer support the Lucknow location after Budtender tries to justify overcharging customers.
On Sunday November 23, 2025 while shopping at the Budzrus Lucknow store I mentioned to the staff working at the time that I wanted to know why they were overcharging on some of their items.
I specifically mentioned several products that they have priced higher than the price on the package.
That’s correct, they charge more than the package price.
The employee said that profit margins are so thin that they need to do that.
I said that is dumb.
He didn’t really seem to care and said I could talk to the owner.
I said I could just stop shopping here too.
He could have just taken my concern to the owner himself instead of dumping it on the customer.
Seriously? There is regulations around this type of pricing practice in this country.
It’s probably never a good idea to charge customers more than the package price.
If you do, you’re most likely going to continue to have very thin profit margins as customers just stop doing business with you.
Today I passed no less than a dozen other stores I could have shopped at but chose to come to your store.
If you’re going to overcharge customers and justify it with your profit margins then I will take my cash to other businesses.
